In recent years, TV networks have been demanding enormous price increases. Late last year, we asked for your input. In just six weeks, over 1.1 million of you visited this site and voiced nearly unanimous support for us to “get tough” in our negotiations. We listened, we got tough and together we were able to get a FAR better result than would have otherwise been possible.
We believe you should be able to watch the programs you love at a price you can afford, especially in these difficult economic times. No one likes price increases, and we get that. That’s why we fight so hard on your behalf, and why we continue to need your help. Programmers continue to seek staggering price increases.

And soon, we’ll face expirations of contracts with other TV networks.
